We stopped by just to have a quick bite, right after the Buffalo Bayou boat tour and we loved it! Particularly, to find something nice and vegetarian - Croissants 🥐 and Colaches (spinach and cheese). Service was quick too!

This is a perfect place to get something quick in the morning, (donuts, coffee, sodas, kolaches). I like it all,... me being a sugar addict, this place is great, and opens really early. Stephanie is kind, and always professional, asking if you'd like your kolaches heated and warned up. I can't resist spending at least almost $10 here, every single time I visit this place. There's plenty of room, and every time I come here, it seems like I am not the only one that enjoys coming here early... You should try the cheese creme pastry ones. They are really delicious. I like the donut holes. The prices are reasonable. I'm glad they are near by. I plan on going today.

This place has the best Kolaches anywhere. Good size and great value. They are not trying to rob you like some other donut shops. The kolache bread recipe is freaking the best. The donut holes are huuuge. Look...it is not in the best part of town but make the detour and you will know what great kolaches taste like. Their overall value is 5 stars and I enjoy coming here. Atmosphere is low but who goes to a donut shop 5 in the morning just for the ambiance.....um...okay but only 1 or 2 people. Come! Discover the best value in the 5th ward Denver Harbor area.

The store looks plain on the outside, but the service and food quality are fantastic. Would highly recommend. Photo with two, Super Glazed is the bottom, Shipley is the top one.

I'm excited to finally have a great donut shop in the neighborhood. I've passed by a few times and finally decided to stop. I have gone to many different donut shops and try the same kolaches, croissants and donuts and judge like that. The bacon, egg and cheese croissant is very filling and has more than enough bacon. The croissant itself was a bit dry but that is not a deal breaker. Spicy boudin kolache is one of my favorite. The spiciness and the ratio of rice and meat in the boudin is perfect. The bread is soft and has good flavor. Both the filling and bread compliment one another. I love old fashioned glazed donuts. So of course I was happy to see they carried them. Not many places have them so when I come across any I make sure to try it. The texture is more like a cake donut. It's dense and sweet and has the right amount of glaze over it. It's not my favorite but it doesn't mean they're not good. Very good taste and goes well with some hot coffee. Overall, I like this place and will definitely be back. The mini kolaches are perfect for kids or adults who like one (two) biters. I will be back soon to try more items.
